Revolutionary oil recovery unit that combines the air handling capacity of a vacuum pump and the high transfer capability of a positive displacement pump. The unit is self contained and is simple to operate. The TransVac uses the high velocity air flow created by the vacuum pump to convey oil, water, and debris from skimming heads through floating hoses into a receiving tank on the unit. Inside the tank, air and liquid are continuously being removed through different outlets, debris is retained by a screen inside the tank.

  • Fluid is transferred by a 300 GPM positive displacement pump driven by a hydraulic motor
  • (1) 4” inlet to receiver tank
  • (1) 3” outlet from discharge pump
  • 250 USG receiver tank – Vacuum relief valve, Liquid level indicator
  • Air is conveyed by a 400 CFM vacuum pump direct driven by a hydraulic motor
  • Mounted on heavy duty “Oil Field” type I Beam Steel skid
  • Dimensions 4’2” w x 8’4” l x 5’8”h; Weight 2,500 lbs.
  • Skimming heads, floating suction hoses and discharge hoses c/w quick disconnect couplings are available to suit specific applications

Revolutionary oil recovery unit that combines the air handling capacity of a vacuum pump and the high transfer capability of a positive displacement pump. The unit is self-contained and is simple to operate. The Trans-Vac uses vacuum created by the vacuum pump to move oil, water, debris and air into a receiving tank. Inside the tank, air and liquid are continuously being evacuated through different outlets, debris is retained by a screen inside the tank. Vacuum pump and transfer pump are each driven by a separate diesel engine for independent speed control.
