Air Inflatable Oil Boom and Accessories

These Slickbar patented "Double Wall" constructed, air inflated oil booms are fabricated of 36 oz. [1.2 kg/m2] Urethane coated polyester skirt material with inflation valves spaced every 10 feet [3M]. Available in four models: Harbor Oil Boom, Bay Oil Boom, Offshore Oil Boom, and Deep Sea Oil Boom. Specific deployment reels, power packs, tow bridles, air blowers, etc. are available for each model.

Slickstop Inflatable Oil Spill Boom

The oil boom has been designed for use in combating oil spills. Its purpose is to provide a quick response containment barrier for spilled oil floating on the surface of the water. The boom saves space on a vessel and/or pier because it is compactly stored on a reel. The boom can be deployed from ships, piers, platforms or beaches.

Slickstop Oil Boom Reels

Slickstop Boom Reels are specifically designed to accommodate 250 meters of Slickstop Oil Spill Containment Boom. Custom models are available to accommodate 200 to 300 meters.

Our reels are manufactured with a solid aluminum core and flanges, steel frame with a fork liftable and slingable skid base, manual emergency brake, free wheel and variable speed forward and reverse controls.

Slickstop Oil Boom Containers are designed to accommodate one reel fitted with 250m of SlickStop Oil Spill Boom, one diesel / hydraulic power pack, back pack air blower, a set of tow bridles and a set of spare parts.

hese containers have both front and side folding doors, fork lift pockets, internal equipment lock down points, marine grade paint (your company colors) and stenciling.

Diesel / Hydraulic Power Pack

The Model DHPP-13B power pack is a rugged, skid mounted diesel/hydraulic power pack designed for providing hydraulic flow for operating a variety of equipment. This specific power pack also has an air blower and vacuum for the Slickstop Oil Boom's flotation.
