Heavy-duty Air Inflatable Oil Containment Boom

Lamor offers a wide range of oil spill containment booms that are used for near and offshore environments.  Some models include Lamor FOB (Foam Filled Light Duty Boom) suitable for rapid deployment in calm water harbors, Lamor SFB (Solid Flotation Boom) designed for economical emergency use in rivers and harbors, Lamor ILB (Inflatable Lightweight Boom) which is available in a wide range of sizes designed for rapid deployment from a suitable storage reel system, Lamor HDB (Heavy Duty Boom) suitable for the rigorous abuse of extending deployment in harbors, open sea and offshore applications.

 Foam Filled Oil Booms

               

The Lamor Foam Filled Light Oil Boom (FOB) has been designed to provide a quick and dependable means of oil containment.  Lamor FOB is equally suited for emergency deployment or permanent use in harbors or oil terminals.  The Lamor FOB covers the increasing demand for a cost effective boom, which is fast to deploy, lightweight, robust and easy to handle in use.

Solid Flotation Boom

         

Lamor Solid Flotation Boom (SFB) has been developed to meet today's requirement for a quick to deploy and economical containment boom system.  The Lamor SFB will contain oil and floating debris, it is light in weight, easy to deploy and manfactured from durable materials.  SFB is available in sizes ranging from 150mm (6 inch) to 760mm (30 inch) total height.  The closed cell foam logs are 1800 mm (6 ft) long.

Inflatable Light Boom

      

The Lamor Inflatable Light Oil Boom (ILB) is manufactured in highly visible orange PVC coated woven dtex 1100 polyster, which is resistant to oils and sunlight.  Lamor ILB is available in different standard sizes of 500, 750 1000 and 1200mm in height and in 25m length sections as standard.  Other heights and section lengths available on request.

Heavy Duty Inflatable Boom

Heavy Duty Oil Boom (HDB) covers the increasing demand for a boom which is specifically suited for use in open seas, harbors, semi sheltered waters and permanent installations such as oil terminals and power plants.  Lamor HDB is available in sizes of 900, 1000, 1200, 1300, 1500, 1600, 1800 and 2000mm total height deflated and in 50 or 100m section lengths.

Boom Washing Machine

The Lamor Oil Boom Washing Machine (BWM) can be used for the cleaning of the Lamor oil boom range.  Cleaning of the boom is performed horizontally by Lamor stiff brush technology between two oil boom winders. The BWM is fully automatic with boom being rolled from winder to winder. Alternatively the boom can be drawn through the BWM manually.  The Lamor BWM can accommodate all types of boom up to a total height of 2m.
