Lamor Corporation was founded in 1982 and is a respected, innovative and fast growing supplier of oil spill recovery equipment and services. We are committed to continuous development of new cutting edge technology for oil spill cleanup, viscous oil pumping, land remediation and other areas of environmental pollution control.
LAMOR (LArsen Marin Oil Recovery) is the brand name for the company's product range. The acquisitions of LORI products and GT Pollution Technology Ltd in August 2002 provided additional technological resources, enhanced the sales support network and established Lamor as the leading manufacturer of oil spill response equipment in the world. The merger of Slickbar Products Corporation with Lamor occurred in 2008 where now there are two great groups of dedicated, experienced people allowing us to widen and expand our blended technology base and serve our growing customer network even better.

Manufacturing a wide range of products requires considerable production capacity and the company also needs to be able to react immediately to combat situations that may arise unexpectedly. Lamor Corporation's strategy of spinning off the production and logistics functions to a separate company has given the company a high production capacity and the ability to increase manufacturing volumes at very short notice.
The company's ability to respond to the unpredictable nature of the oil spill recovery industry was recently demonstrated when Lamor acted swiftly to supply much needed recovery equipment and expertise during the clean up that followed the sinking of the Prestige oil tanker off the coast of Spain.
