Foam polymeric filler blocks, shaped to be a push fit between the H pile flanges, are factory sealed and co bonded to the felt gel carrier. When installed, it is designed to wrap around the outer edges of the H pile flange and close against the flange outer surface overlapping the felt from the block fitted in the opposite side. When blocks are installed, the pile takes on a rectangular shape.
